[X] I have searched the existing issues and my improvement has not been raised yet.

What would you like to see added and/or changed?

Convert the package into a template package

[x] Refactor package to separate styling from base functionality. Shouldn't be difficult since styling-related code is already gathered together.
[x] Add a [template] section to typst.toml.
[x] Create a thumbnail, as required by the repository.
[x] Ensure tests are performed locally to be certain that typst init can initialise the template and use the package as a library.
