Fixed converter script an rerun it for macchiato, mocha and latte #26

The converter script had some issues with opacity and the CT_INVALID and CT_RAW attribute handling which now respects the values of the source theme.

ok - everything still good. Going to wait about a week or so to deploy just to verify there aren't any unexpected changes.
