This directory probably needs an icon (folder icon + Cargo.toml icon) but also the config.toml within - perhaps the latter is just handled by #170?

Maybe the config.toml icon should just be a generic TOML icon + config gear/wheel? Used in other places like .rye/config.toml: https://rye.astral.sh/guide/config/#self.
