Move winston to `past-maintainers` and add backwardspy to `current-maintainers` #408

The "Thanks To" section in the README should be updated by moving winston to past maintainers and adding @backwardspy to current maintainers.

We'll maybe look into automating this in the future but I'm not too concerned with it right now.
