PR for issue #17 This PR streamlines the installation of color schemes, but not the themes. Read issue for more info, might have to leave this cooking until v1.20 to avoid complicating installation of themes.

Looks like the pre-release for 1.21 with the update required for this change was released! Hopefully we can get this merged soon when 1.21 is fully released and I'd like to Whiskerify this port after that.
