Get GPUImageFilter Param Value #473

When I set GPUImageBrightnessFilter.setBrightness, I need getBrightness param value, Please support it.

The class has not supported this method. After setting the value, you need to save their value.

Please update this library. It's totally useless until multiple filter facility not available the same as the Instagram app.
