Describe the bug
I've followed instructions and there was no wallpaper engine plugin, so I tried searching it from the "Get more plugins" thing and it wasn't there, found it on the KDE Store but the link wasn't working but I found a re upload (https://store.kde.org/p/2160403/) and I tried to extract that in ~/.local/share/plasma/wallpapers/ and reboot but it still didn't show up, so I deleted that and tried to follow instructions from https://github.com/slynobody/SteamOS-wallpaper-engine-kde-plugin as reccomended in https://github.com/catsout/wallpaper-engine-kde-plugin/issues/394#issuecomment-2133888385 but after a reboot it's still not showing up. No errors popped up during the installation guide found here, so I don't know what I've done wrong.
