Extension should recall the last screen and last param of that screen #549

Describe the bug Currently, close and reopen extension doesn't show the last visited screen which cause friction in UX

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open extension
  2. Select a propsal
  3. Close extension
  4. Re-open and see the bug

Expected behavior The extension should reopen the last visited screen

Chưa nhớ last page khi chuẩn bị tạo mission nhưng chưa bấm tạo. Bấm nút xem detail description khi quay lại extension sẽ phải làm lại từ đầu.

Expected behavior: Những thông tin (value) được nhập từ phía user cũng cần được ghi nhớ và hiển thị khi mở lại extension

After close the extension, the proposal title value is not remembered
