Install Node.js 16 and 18 by default (and 20 additionally) #98

Node.js 16 is nearing EOL.

I removed the old middle version 14 (js) between 12 and 16 (act), and replaced it by the current version 20 (js) in addition to 16 and 18 (act). 18 is the new default in PATH.
