New docker install for Cattr #287

Hi all

I have recently installed a new VM with Ubuntu 22.04. In this i installed docker and docker compose, and then portainer.

I cannot start the containers. I will attach logs. Cattr Frontend Logs.txt Cattr Cron 1 Logs.txt
