pages, endless scrolling, permalink #2

in such a simplistic theme, it's probably better to just remove pages all together... then we don't need even to figure out a way to properly load a page in and endless scroll for "permalink" to a page to work properly...

hmm... that actually sounds rather like a good and simple idea! I hate how the current pagination can easily break, since page 1 will always be different depending on the new posts... and how hard it is to make a proper endless scrolling with a similar "permalink" mindset.

well, now I suppose the permalink needs to be fixed... medium style! (if possible / not too hard :P)
