Add examples to readme and change format #225

The changes in this PR follow the idea to have enough information in the README to create a custom floret, without the need to open the docs.

Solves #221

Hm, I am a bit torn between if I like this or not. I kinda liked the old "clean" readme, but I guess your's is actually easier in order to get started. This way one doesn't have to search for the regarding documentation.

What are your thoughts, @pstued ?
