This PR

Replaces all Cocoapods Dependencies with SPM dependencies
Ditches the SwiftLint dependency (if SwiftLint is installed, it will still be executed, but it's not an automatic dependency anymore)
Ditches the Rakefile for CI
Fixes an issue when using Cauli via SPM
