This adds methods for computing mixed NE in 2 agent games to the MACID class.

The merge failed because of needing to specify a new package requirement - nashpy. Didn't appear to be trivial to fix, so will sort later

sorry, didn't see this. Surely this is just as easy as adding nashpy to the list of package requirements in setup.cfg?
