The main class for an individual program that can learn, predict, mutate, and mate with other programs.

TODO:

[x] make it easy to initialize a program from an initializer list of nodes or json
[x] tree visualization using dot https://www.graphviz.org/pdf/dotguide.pdf
[x] specializations for classification, regression, and unsupervised dimensionality reduction (aka multi-output)
[x] allow default construction (follow sklearn API)
