Hey,
As far as I know there are no major issues/restrictions with others using the code, so can consider it to have the same modified BSD license as Quantlib.

Hi Scott,
Thanks for the quick reply. Would adding a LICENSE fail to the root directory with something like this work for you? The reason I've copied two BSD licenses in, rather than just appending the Univ. of Delaware copyright to the original QuantLib license, is that QuantLib's major modification to the 3-clause BSD license is to add the name of their software into the license (e.g. "QuantLib is (copyright info)" and "Neither the names of the copyright holders nor the names of the QuantLib Group ...".
Because your software is FinanceBench, rather than QuantLib, I've copied a new 3-clause BSD in explicitly saying this is the license for FinanceBench.
If that works for you, I can do a pull request with this LICENSE file.

Thanks for making this benchmark suite available. One question: I don't see any licensing information for this software.
Assuming that this code is based off QuantLib, which is available under a modified BSD license, is that also the case for FinanceBench? Or is it made available through some other licensing scheme?
Thanks.
