time in packet is local time #3

weewx is running on another computer that is set to local time the packet generated has local time not GMT is there a fix for ztime Frank Johnson KF4CQ johnsonfe@hotmail.com

this problem was in only first few packets is ok now close still have problem with no wind speed or direction here is output file /191600z2856.35N/08155.76W_200/...g008t084r000h65b10148 weewx_aprx_wx Lady Lake, FL
