Need figures in new sections to compile #12

It looks like the methods.rst section has a few new figures included. Can you add the pdf files to the directory so that I can compile the total pdf? Thanks!

Sorry, the figs [.pdf] were not being pushed to the repository because pdf files were included in the .gitignore file

They should be already online
