I haven't been able to reproduce this behaviour, but I have the same software versions. Would you be able to say a bit more about the things you've tried to solve the issue so far (e.g., reboot, reinstall)?
I'm having the same issue. I have tried rebooting and reinstalling, followed by rebooting again.
Safari Version 17.3 (19617.2.4.11.5) macOS Version 14.3 Consent-O-Matic Version 1.0.12
Is this fixed in 1.1.3? We tried a new way of packaging the settings page
Clicking the settings button in the preferences panel in Safari opens a new tab that then shows the following error:
Safari version: Version 16.5.1 (18615.2.9.11.7) macOS version: 13.4.1 (22F82) Consent-O-Matic version: 1.0.12
