Some sites have 2nd consent request window after 1st that are not recognized / handled #427

One site is https://steamdeckhq.com/ and there's the example here: sdhq

It also very alarming as the "do not sell my information" choice is NOT ticked as enabled by default - so by default they appear to actually even SELL user information.
