Description

This adds a Livebook notebook that demonstrates how to use this library.

Changes

add notebooks/ directory
add notebooks/basics.livemd notebook
add "Run in Livebook" button in README.md

Notes

I included outputs in the notebook so that users see example outputs immediately after opening the notebook, which I thought would be nice
