Please add information about your OS, PC and IE version.
It looks like the plugin is using Media Foundation codecs (Microsoft or Intel 
Quick Sync) and Cisco TelePresence fails to decode the H.264 stream. A quick 
test: 
- Go to C:\Program Files\Doubango Telecom\webrtc4all
- Rename pluginWinMF.dll (e.g. to toto.dll). This will fore the plugin to 
fallback to FFmpeg/x264.
- Restart IE and try again
PS: JavaScript logs are required for bug report
