Add images for CellPose estimation #5

Add another option to generate output images to put into CellPose to expedite manual ROI generation

Probably want a few different projections, not sure which will be best.

  1. Average of the entire recording
  2. MaxZ of the derivative
  3. MaxZ of the SD

Not sure what the format should be for CellPose, e.g. stack or individual tiffs.

MaxZ of the SD was chosen to be the most useful for CelPose and is included in V6
