Added game genie and BoT NES :godmode: #34

This adds the incident when the Game Genie creators were sued by Nintendo and this also adds the "Breath of the NES" fan game that was removed thanks to a Take-down notice. These two incidents make the list of items to be 69 (nice). Which is an interesting milestone to say the least. 🎉 👍
