I followed some website's suggestions and made the CSS load async by using some javascript trick. If, for some reason, someone were to open the website with javascript disabled, they wouldn't be able to see any colors, fonts, etc. This should help make the site look good but I am aware no content would be displayed (since javascript is the tasked part of retrieving and rendering the incidents on the website).
