Describe the solution you'd like Ideally, players who do not cast a vote in the allotted time, should be subtracted from the total voters.

Additional context Example scenario, as it stands:

• 5 players, change map vote with a 60% threshold required to pass.
• 2 players vote Yes
• 1 player votes No
• 2 players do not vote
• Vote fails (2 vote yes, 3 vote no)

Ideally, this should be:

• Vote passes (2 vote yes, 1 vote no)
