Switchy controls do not appear on main pull-down menu #103

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Switchy
2. Configure and enable switch rules
3. Right-click Switchy icon on toolbar

What is the expected output?
A pulldown menu with Switchy controls like that in the screenshot:

What do you see instead?
A pulldown menu with no Switchy controls - see attachment

Note that I *can* manually switch among my rules by left-clicking on the 
Switchy icon.

Switchy version: 1.6.3
Operating system: Mac OS X 10.6.2
Browser: Chrome 5.0.307.9 beta

Switchy menu appears only when you left-click on the icon, If you right-click 
on 
Switchy icon, the Chrome extension menu will appear instead (like the one you 
get).
Do Switchy items not appear by left-clicking?

Aha! I had "Quick Switch" enabled on the "General" tab, so left-clicks were just
switching among proxies.

You can close this as a bug report, but there remains a usability issue.  The
interaction of these modes is pretty confusing.

Just disable the quick switch option.
