Font Awesome icons display as squares in any version of IE #53

Submitted a bug report on BootstrapCDN & CDNJS

So, why does the Font Awesome site work fine in IE? Is this an issue on our side? Should we rollback to the old icons?

The site works because they host their own fonts and stuff. We use BootstrapCDN and their fonts do not load on IE. Close enough to CDNJS, theirs just don't work on IE9
