added rtg-math.vari to .asd #9

rtg-math dependency was removed from cepl in https://github.com/cbaggers/cepl/commit/66b9978f9f1dba447a0a784da54aa43a4171e4fa

I think you might want to cepl-master branch. It's a bit confusing but that is the branch that works with CEPL master and master here works with the released CEPL.

The reason for this dance was so that newer folks didnt pull CEPL from quicklisp and then get confused that the examples didnt work (do you think that the note in the readme explains this well enough or should I add more?)

Yes, cepl-master works fine. Thanks. Might be an idea to make it stand out more on the main github page… so the manual-skipping types don't overlook it… ;)
