Ignore Publishers #239

When I search for a longtime character, usually from Marvel/DC, the search 
takes a longer time because both the character has their name in a lot of 
comics, and because some reprinting publishers keep popping up, such as Paninni 
Comics, which sometimes I almost accidentally scrape my comics with due to 
similar names.

Would it be possible to add publishers to an ignore list, and remove them 
should a time ever came where you wanted to scrape a comic published by them.

It is already possible to make the scraper ignore any publishers that you want, 
just use the IGNORE_PUBLISHERS feature (under advanced settings).
