Handle very short searches better #281

The scraper can be quite slow if you are searching with very small but common 
search strings ("ma" or "to", for example.)

Is there a way this can be improved?

This issue has improved significantly with the new ComicVine API, as it allows 
us to retrieve search results 100 at a time instead of 20 at a time.
