ComicVine API location has changed #398

DESCRIBE THE PROBLEM:

As described here, the URL for Comic Vine's API is changing:

There's one spot in Comic Vine Scraper that uses this old API location:  the 
link to Comic Vine on the "Comic Vine" tab of the Settings dialog.

Change this link to use the new API location.

This has been fixed for version 1.0.85.
