While scrapping a comic, add the possibility to include user custom tags.
The rationale behind this is that sometimes while scrapping many issues you feel for some of them you'd like to add a tag for later revision... At the end of the scrapping you may not remember everything, so having tagged some comics would help a lot. The most obvious are 'delete' for comics you realize you don't want to keep, or 'favourite' for comics you would like to read, or 'rescrape' when you think the data is not yet available in CV but will probably be soon... It would work similarly to CVDBSKIP. Maybe convert the "SKIP" button into a list with different options...
