Fix for new ComicVine API rules #422

I added a forced wait period of 1.5 seconds when connecting to the ComicVine API (http://www.comicvine.com/forums/api-developers-2334/api-rate-limiting-1746419).

I also fixed some grammar and updated the help link and logos.

The forced wait option does not work when the user interferes by selecting an issue while a wait period is occurring. I'm closing this to research a better solution. Perhaps Duck's pull request will fix this.
