Scrape 'Day' part of Release Date #454

Years ago, the we turned off the scraper's ability to scrape the "day" part of an issue's Cover Date (which is scraped into ComicRack as "Release Date".) It seems like it might be time to turn this back on, as some people have turned it back on and been using it to scrape a lot of comics without problems.

It's easy to turn on, just uncomment the commented out line (518) in cvdb.py.

Scraping release 'day' is now turned back on as of 1.0.95.
