try an x number of pins and then stop for an x number of time and recontinuous #387

i have realised that now many routers are more secured, and they get locked 
when many pins are tryed for a very long time e.g 1hour.
however i have also seen a way to get arounf it which i usually see how many 
pins the router allows you to brute force before locking itself, then i run 
reaver and let it try -3 pins of what is allow then wait 10-15 mins and try 
again. it would be great if reaver could do this automatically....is better to 
wait ten minutes than 1h or more. (waiting 1h and only allowing me to try 20 
pin per hour took me about 25 days to crack my router)

You can use -r option (-r 3:900).
