Collection Manager forms #4

If a Collection or item within collection is Submitted with empty fields, the page will hang and need to be refreshed before it goes back to the Collection

If a Collection or item is submitted with empty fields, multiple instances of that item show up in the list In FF, the banner across the top of the page clips the top item in the main body where items are listed
