EPIC: AD Integration

Story: As a user of Oncall, I would like for the tool to reference the canonical source of record for personnel identity information. Specifically, existence of a user and the user's phone number should be stored in the source of record.

I am not actively working on this project anymore, but if you'd like to take a crack at it yourself and submit a pull request. I'd take a look.
