[rffft] read from stdin by default (when no -i option given)

Trying to learn strf i found it easier setting rffft to default to stdin input when no input (-i) is given instead of providing -i /dev/stdin The README.md has been updated with examples using a RTL-SDR and a HackRF receiver.
