Weights need to be tied into the settings object #68

when you click 'update' or load a settings file, all the weights in the weights table get reset to 1 :(

now the weights don't get reset to 1 anymore - NOTE THAT THIS BREAKS PREVIOUS SETTINGS OBJECTS
