Notifications that are set to "Always Display" never refresh #6

I was able to reproduce this today on my work machine.

Reproduce:

  1. do a fresh install of PE.
  2. go to pandora.com
  3. update settings in Notification tab to be "Always Display"
  4. save
  5. wait for song to play.

Actual: Notification does not refresh with song info.

Expected: Notification is taking a crap and not being killed.
