Error in the installation of m-coffee #64

Hello, I installed using the command

clara@Tornado:~/Desktop/T-COFFEE_distribution_Version_13.45.65.6aa3132e$ ./install mcoffee

and I also used the command

clara@Tornado:~/Desktop/T-COFFEE_distribution_Version_13.45.65.6aa3132e$ **./install all

but famsa and m-coffee are not getting installed.

You will have to install famsa yourself, directly from: https://github.com/refresh-bio/FAMSA

Thank you very much, I managed to install FAMSA with your help, but how do I proceed with m-coffee? I understand that it can only be installed via T-Coffee, and the installation of m-coffee is still failing. Sorry about my English.

Hi, sorry for the late reply, the reason mcoffe was reported and not being correctly installed is that FAMSA was failing. Once installed, mcoffee should work.
