Use Bitstream Charter digits (0-9) over Georgia's small old-style digits #123

Closes #95 - not the best match for math digits but good enough. I've tried MathJax's font - it missed bold italic - and the nearly identical Latin Modern which looked too thin next to surrounding characters. (See lots of samples with various fonts on https://github.com/cben/mathdown/issues/95.)
