Optimize Docker image #35

I optimized the Docker image so that the image size is reduced to around 340MB (from around 800MB).

Changes made to the build process:

Use latest Alpine base image (alpine:3.12)
Disable pip cache
Remove build-time dependencies right after pip install
Disable yarn's update checker (reduce build time by a few seconds)
Delete yarn cache right after yarn install
Use dockerignore so that certain files/directories (resources/ and everything in gitignore) will not be included in the container image
