Build fails to link with MSVC because some spurious string is interpreted as a library #11

The link error is: LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'optimized.lib' And similarily when cross compiling to windows: /home/foo/mxe/usr/bin/i686-w64-mingw32.shared-ld: cannot find -loptimized
