Add Conda package build on windows #23

In order to facilitate installation it could be nice to provide Conda package support. This is the aim of this PR. A build scrip for Linux can easily be derived from windows, one.

The version number has been put to 1.0, feel free to provide me which is, as for you, the most pertinent.
