Heppy leptons ID != CMSSW-stored leptons ID #46

For electron and muons the Heppy calculation of the ID gives different values that those stored in CMSSW, for sync we got onto CMSSW stored values.

Hi gael, could you please provide at some point a miniaod root file containing the events for which the ID is different, as well as a simple recipe to reproduce the problem? (just a simple heppy config running a simple analyzer that would compare the values for the IDs)

still true for muons? or can we close? for electrons, it works now
