Implementation of the 2017 recoil correction in HTT analysis.
Also a few changes:
-met is now treated as another object of the event and not attached to a dilepton (since we are using pfmet so far, this might be reconsidered if we switch to MVAMET later)
-got rid of commented code in the heppy cfg files
!!! need to follow the change in README and clone the recoil correction interface, then recompile
