Embedding for semileptonic channels #60

Updated semileptonic cfg files according to the diTau cfg file.
Modified EmbeddedAnalyzer.py to account for these channels.
Updated samples.

@lucastorterotot is the embedding fully synchronized? @GaelTouquet can you please make sure that this PR is fine with you ? in particular the changes to the EmbeddedAnalyzer
