Write a Docker plugin

In a first step, just create a Docker image. Should be able to handle the following configuration options:

• from: String containing the tag of the parent image
• author: String containing author information
• tag: String containing the image tag

There are more configuration options and features possible, but creating a very simple image is a nice feature for the first version of this plugin.
